Project Spotlight
River’s Bend Medical Center
River’s Bend Medical Center brings over 135,000 square feet of Class A healthcare space to the region. Developed and built by Enclave, the project broke ground in June 2021 and was completed in 22 months. The connected suite of medical offices is home to Center for Special Surgery and Apex Physical Therapy, with space available for lease.
The medical center will draw patients from a 100-mile+ radius, increasing retail traffic along the Veterans corridor and is projected to employ more than 200 employees by year ten.
