U.S. Army Corps of Engineers names Fargo office its '2026 quality team of the year'
The Fargo office is managing the Diversion Project with Fargo, Moorhead and the Metro Flood Diversion Authority, covering flood risk management for nearly 260,000 people and 70 square miles of infrastructure.
