A custom home rarely begins with a cabinet color or a line on a blueprint. It begins with a life in motion where children are dropping winter gear in the mudroom, friends are gathering around the kitchen island, quiet mornings beside a lake, or a room designed around a lifelong hobby. Those everyday details are where Radiant Homes begins. The Fargo custom home builder's philosophy is that a home should not force people to adapt to it. Instead, the architecture, function, and construction should be organized around the people who will live there.
That idea has guided the company since it was established in Fargo in 2012 as Radiant Creative Homes, LLC, with President and Owner David Reid at the helm. Reid grew up in East Tennessee as the son of an architect, surrounded by conversations about design and construction. That exposure developed into an appreciation for homes in which creative ambition and technical execution strengthen one another rather than compete.
Radiant's work includes custom new construction, significant residential renovations, and additions. Its service area generally extends about 65 miles from Fargo, with a focus on Fargo-Moorhead and the lakes region of Otter Tail and Becker counties.
