Behind The Build

When the U.S. Space Force needed a reliable partner to secure essential fuel needs for the Cavalier Space Force Station’s emergency power plant, they turned to TrueNorth Steel.

With decades of experience and a track record of getting the job done right, our team will design, fabricate and deliver eight 50,000-gallon underground tanks. The 60-foot Plasteel” Elutron® tanks were manufactured in our West Fargo, ND facility, meeting the highest standards for durability and safety.

The project is a powerful example of the need for back up power fuel generation for mission-critical infrastructure, including projects in our own backyard.
