Eggs & Issues: A Local Look at U.S. Customs and Border Protection
Tuesday, April 2nd from 7:30 to 9 a.m.
Port Director for Field Operations in Warroad, Minnesota, will speak about Customs and Border Protection Trusted Traveler Programs to include NEXUS and Global Entry. These new technological advancements allow for expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. Additionally, Olafson will discuss the Remote Offsite Arrival mobile application that allows travelers to check in with CBP at the Northwest Angle, MN and in certain remote parts of the country.

Techstars Startup Weekend Fargo 2019
Friday, April 12th from 6 p.m. to Sunday, April 14th at 6:30 p.m.
Techstars Startup Weekends are 54-hour events designed to provide experiential education & meaningful connections for technical and non-technical entrepreneurs. Beginning with Friday night pitches and continuing through brainstorming, business plan development, and basic prototype creation, Techstars Startup Weekends culminate in Sunday night presentations. The weekend is centered around action, innovation, and education.
