BIO Girls’ mission is simple and urgent: improve the mental health of adolescent girls through empowerment of self and connection with others.

It wasn’t always this polished or powerful. The first gala in 2019, BIO Girls shouldered production themselves. The heart was unmistakable; the vision was clear. But the staging, show flow, and technical storytelling hadn’t yet caught up to the scale of their ambition. To serve more girls and to invite more people into the mission, the gala needed a platform that could match the organization’s spirit.

A new venue with greater capacity and creative freedom became the backdrop for a night that almost didn’t happen, yet ultimately soared thanks to quick thinking and strong local relationships.

Guests will gather on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Butler Arena in West Fargo for dinner, stories, and auctions designed to fuel the mission for another year. The team is even introducing a new fundraising game, a fresh, interactive element that keeps seasoned supporters engaged and new guests leaning in.
