As the president of the board of directors for Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity, Hoper works to build a coalition of community leaders who are determined to solve the problem of generational poverty in Cass and Clay Counties.
“We tackle the problem by assisting area families with the knowledge and financial resources critical to turning them into successful homeowners,” he says.
